High levels of air pollution are possible this afternoon.

An AIR QUALITY WARNING is in place due to the possibility of deteriorating air quality. Hot and sunny conditions are expected to cause increasing ground-level ozone concentrations this afternoon. Moderate risk AQHI values are expected throughout the day with the potential of short-term high risk AQHI values in the afternoon.

When air pollution levels are high, everyone should limit time outdoors. Consider reducing or rescheduling outdoor sports, activities and events.

You may experience mild and common symptoms such as eye, nose and throat irritation, headaches or a mild cough. More serious but less common symptoms include wheezing, chest pains or severe cough. If you think you are having a medical emergency, seek immediate medical assistance.

People more likely to be impacted by outdoor air pollution, including people aged 65 and older, pregnant people, infants and young children, people with an existing illness or chronic health condition, and people who work outdoors, should reduce or reschedule strenuous activities outdoors and seek medical attention if experiencing symptoms.

<p>Lambton OPP is investigating a break and enter that occurred in St. Clair Township.
 
On Friday morning, July 24, police received a complaint of a break and enter in the 14-hundred block of St. Clair Parkway.
 
The victim reported that between 7pm Thursday and 6:30am Friday an unknown person or persons used a ladder to access a small window of an unattached and locked garage.
 
A 2010 Can Am Renegade ATV, yellow and black in colour, worth an estimated $8,000 was taken.
 
Any person with information regarding this break and enter should immediately contact Lambton OPP or their nearest police authority.</p>
