Storms Reportedly Damage Wind Turbine

An anti-wind turbine group was circulating a photo of a turbine in the Grand Bend area, possibly damaged by Sunday's severe thunderstorms.

We're Against Industrial Turbines-Plympton-Wyoming says the damaged turbine is part of Nextera's Goshen project on Kirkton Rd. between Blackbush Line and Shipka Line.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
