An apartment fire on Colborne Rd. in Sarnia August 7/15 (Blackburnnews.com Photo By Briana Carnegie)Sarnia police, firefighters, and EMS responded to an apartment fire at 880 Colborne Rd. just north of the Hwy. 402 overpass Friday afternoon.
Smoke was seen coming from a single 7th floor apartment at the southwest corner of the building.
Police say there were no injuries.
Colborne Rd. was closed for awhile but reopened by mid afternoon but fire crews remained on scene to monitor the situation.
The cause of the fire or extent of damage was not immediately known.
