Travel Survey Planned At Blue Water Bridge

Residents heading across the Blue Water Bridge at varying times this month, may be asked to take part in an international traveller survey.

MTO spokesman Michael Casey says they'll be asking things like destination, and purpose of trip, and whether travellers are using a rental car or overnight accommodations.

Casey says about 15 per cent of those crossing will be surveyed. He says OPP officers will be on hand to direct traffic and he doesn't anticipate any major delays.

The surveys will run from August 19 to the 30.
