Yoga On The Beach

A Sarnia woman is teaching yoga on Canatara beach this Sunday morning at 10am.

Instructor Emily Scott also teaches at Inner Dawn Yoga Studio on Front St. and holds her own private and outdoor summer classes.

She says the hour class is only $10 and anyone is welcome to come try it out.

Scott advises "yogis" to bring a water bottle, either a blanket or a yoga mat and to wear comfortable clothing. Class sizes often range from one to 15 people, and are usually in the 20-60-year-old age range.

Outdoor classes are held every Monday night at Mike Weir Park and every other Sunday morning at Canatara Beach.
