Writing Contest Celebrates Local Waterfronts

Are you an established or a budding writer? Lambton County's Warden and Organization for Literacy have launched a writing competition. Organization General Manager Noelle Fisher says it's a celebration of our beaches and waterfronts. The stories may be published in an e-book and to the County's website. Submissions can be dropped off at the Organization's office or forwarded to beach.writing@countyoflambton.on.ca

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
