The warden of Lambton County is optimistic a positive relationship will be forged with the new owners of Sarnia's Bayside Mall.
County councillors discussed the downtown mall behind closed doors in Wyoming Wednesday morning.
Lambton County is the major tenant with the current lease for the 55,000 sq ft Lambton Shared Services Centre expiring in May 2017.
She says she's pleased Wilsondale Assets Management met with both the county and the city before the sale went to the courts.

The court approved the sale August 26 with the purchase to be finalized within 30 days.
