Seven people are facing trafficking charges after a drug bust at a residence in the 900-block of Confederation St. around 9pm last night (Wednesday).
Sarnia Police Vice Unit officers seized almost 19 g of methamphetamine and just over $2,500 cash and found evidence indicating drug trafficking in the execution of a search warrant.
The drugs have a street value of about $2,200.
26-year-old Travis Jordan Havers, 20-year-old Molly Anne Beauchamp, 36-year-old Jennifer Lee Wood and 32-year-old Michael John Garner are charged with possession and possession for the purpose of trafficking. They have been released and are to appear in court October 14.
An unidentified 30-year-old male and two females, aged 19 and 27, were being held pending bail hearings on charges of possession, possession for the purpose of trafficking and breach of probation.
