Injuries In Early Morning Crash

An early morning crash sent one person to Bluewater Health with non-life threatening injuries.

Sarnia police, firefighters and EMS responded to a two vehicle collision at Murphy Rd. and Isabella St. just before 6am Wednesday.

Police say one of the vehicles involved struck a Hydro pole. Bluewater Power crews were on scene for several hours making repairs.

A 35-year-old man was taken to hospital for treatment, and the cause of the crash is still under investigation.

Anyone who might have witnessed the collision is asked to contact the Sarnia Police Service.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
