OneWalk To Conquer Cancer

A Sarnia father and daughter team are taking part in this weekend's Shoppers Drug Mart OneWalk in support of cancer research.

Paul and Emily Organ are walking in memory of Paul's father who died of bone cancer 20 years ago.

Paul says all four of Emily's grandparents have been impacted by cancer as well as six of her 12 aunts and uncles.

It's estimated two in five Canadians will develop cancer in their lifetimes, and one in four will die from it.

The 25k walk kicks off on Saturday at 8am at the Polson Pier in Toronto.
