Volunteers Needed To Light Up The Night

Volunteers and participants are needed for next month's Light Up the Night for Noelle.

Spokesperson Jocelyne Paquette says they are hoping to have about 50 volunteers and close to 800 participants for the event on October 3.

She says highschool kids can get their volunteer hours in.

Last years run/walk at Canatara Park raised approximately $16,000 for Noelle's Gift.

Jocelyne says they hope to collect over $20,000 for the charity in memory of her slain sister.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
