Bluewater Health Changes Call Display ID

Bluewater Health has changed its caller display identification. When people receive a phone call from the hospital the display will now read "Bluewater Health." Director of Facilities Alex Sullo says people tend to ignore calls if the display reads "unknown" or "private number." He says the hospital will also be able to remind people about appointments.

He says if you receive a voicemall from the hospital, make sure you write down the name, department and extension to help the automated attendant direct your call more effectively.
