Habitat For Humanity Launches Youth Build

A special ceremony was held this morning for Habitat For Humanity's 35th home build in Sarnia-Lambton.

Executive Director Sarah Reaume says this project marks Habitat's third Youth Build.

She says its a renovation project on a home that suffered damage in a fire last fall.

Reaume says the home at 132 Alfred St., once restored, will go to a partner family of five.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
