Rewarding Good Drivers

City drivers who obey the rules of the road will now be rewarded by police.

Constable Les Jones says the Sarnia Police Service has teamed up with Coffee Culture for a new initiative starting today. (Tues Oct 13)

He says officers will be pulling over good drivers.

Jones says those good drivers will be given a Coffee Culture gift card instead of a ticket.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
