The Ontario Provincial Police has released the name of a woman killed in a two vehicle crash in North Middlesex Sunday afternoon.

Police were called to the area of Nairn Rd. near Fort Rose Rd. just before 3pm. They say an eastbound black Acura crossed over the centre line and was struck on the passenger side by a westbound GMC SUV.

The driver of the Acura, 63-year-old Charlotte DeGraw of Grand Bend, was pronounced dead on scene.

The two occupants in the GMC, also from Grand Bend, were transported to hospital in serious but stable condition. The 79-year-old male driver, Hugh Barr, and the 58-year-old female passenger, Catherine Barr, each remain in hospital in fair condition.

The roadway remained closed for about five hours but has since re-opened.
