Online Petition To Keep Molitor In Prison

The Nethery family in Sarnia is again appealing to the public in its ongoing effort to help keep Jeremy Molitor behind bars.

The convicted killer has successfully appealed the Parole Board's decision to deny him day parole in November 2014 and a new hearing is scheduled for November 26 of this year.

The Nethery family plans to travel again to British Columbia, where Molitor is currently serving his sentence, to read victim impact statements.

Stephanie Nethery has also started an online petition at change.org to present to the Parole Board.

Jeremy Molitor was convicted of second degree murder in the death of Jessica Nethery in December 2004.

He became eligible for parole in September 2014.
