Driver Found With Cocaine

A traffic stop in Petrolia led to the discovery of suspected cocaine. Lambton OPP says early Friday morning a suspicious vehicle observed on Petrolia Line was pulled over on Garfield St. Police say the driver failed a roadside breath test and a subsequent search of the accused allegedly revealed a small plastic container with 2.4 g of suspected cocaine in it. A 26-year-old Oil Springs man is charged with driving with more than 80 mg of alcohol in his blood and drug possession. He's scheduled to appear in Sarnia court November 18.
