The Sarnia Sting have swung a deal with Mississauga, sending defenceman Jake O'Donnell to the Steelheads in exchange for Mississauga's fourth round pick in 2016. O'Donnell was originally drafted in the fourth round of the 2014 OHL Priority Selection by the Sting. In 16 regular season games with the club, he registered one goal and four assists. The 8-5-1 Sting travel to Owen Sound for a rare Wednesday night matchup. The Attack are one point ahead of the Sting in the Western Conference standings. The Sting will then host Flint on Friday and Saginaw on Sunday.
