Cyclist Struck By Vehicle

Sarnia police say charges are pending against a cyclist involved in a collision with a vehicle Tuesday afternoon.

Officers say a 23-year-old male cyclist was riding on the wrong side of the road on Ross Ave. and failed to stop for a stop sign when he was hit by a vehicle near Russell St.

The cyclist was taken to Bluewater Health for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
