Sarnia

Pre Hearing Date Set

A pre-hearing conference on Sifton Properties OMB appeal concerning a development in north end Sarnia will be held December 8.

City council rejected an official plan amendment and a rezoning application at the end of May.

City Planning and Building Director Jane Cooper says the pre-hearing lays the groundwork for the full hearing.
