Two Way Traffic On Indian Rd. Overpass?

City of Sarnia officials will be meeting next week with representatives of the Ontario Transportation Ministry, trying to determine the structural and financial feasibility of two way traffic on the northbound side of the Indian Rd. overpass.

The southbound lanes of Indian over Hwy. 402 are expected to be closed until spring after a transport load slammed into the overpass Monday.

Northbound Indian Rd. was open as of Thursday afternoon following repairs to the structure, and the highway opened around 1am Thursday.

No charges have been laid as of yet as a result of the crash.
