Suspect Sought In ATV Theft

Sarnia police are investigating the theft of an ATV Tuesday, December 1 from a locked compound in the 800 block of Campbell St.

Police say the suspect entered the compound just before 5am that morning and used a large piece of plastic to hide his face from security cameras.

The suspect can be seen removing a jack from a vehicle to lift the compound gates off its hinges.

He removed the 2012 red Yamaha Grizzly 700 cc Limited Edition ATV from a trailer and fled the scene.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Sarnia Police Services or Crime Stoppers.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
