CopShop At Lambton Mall A Success

Sarnia police officers helped 21 lucky kids with their Christmas shopping at Lambton Mall Wednesday for CopShop 2015. Constable Chris Moxley says the children had a pizza party, visited Santa and received $200 donated by Lambton Mall to help them with their holiday shopping. He says not only is it a great day for the kids, but the officers get a lot out of it as well. It's the third year for the event in Sarnia. Over 300 children across Canada benefit from the event, put on by nine 20 Vic Management shopping centres.

The children were recommended by a variety of sources and were chosen because of need, recognition of specific achievements or because of volunteer efforts.
