Electronics, Jewellery Taken From Pt. Edward Home

Lambton OPP is asking for the public's help in the investigation of a $25,000 residential break and enter in Pt. Edward.

Police say unknown persons forcibly gained entry into a locked home in the 30-block of Maud St. sometime between December 12 and December 14.

Several items were reported stolen including various pieces of jewellery and electronics with a total estimated value of between $20,000 and $25,000.

The OPP Forensic Identification Unit was called in to help with the investigation.

Anyone with information is asked to call the OPP or Crime Stoppers.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
