Four Charged In Drug Raid

The Sarnia Police Vice Unit seized close to $13,000 worth of drugs from a Campbell St. home Tuesday night.

Officers executed a drug warrant at a home in the 300-block around 7pm.

Constable Les Jones says officers located just over 92 g of cocaine, over 150 g of marijuana and a small quantity of hydromorphone.

"The value of the cocaine is just over $11,000 and the value of the marijuana is just over $1,500, it's a fairly substantial seizure. Officers also seized over $3,500 cash," says Jones.

A 48-year-old woman who resided at the home is charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession for the purpose of trafficking and breaching probation. She was being held pending a bail hearing.

Stevie Arsenault, 18, of Sarnia is charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession for the purpose of trafficking.

A 21-year-old man from Corunna is charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession for the purpose of trafficking. He was being held for a bail hearing.

An 18-year-old Corunna man was charged with possession of a controlled substance and released.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
