The city of Sarnia continues to make improvements at Sarnia Harbour after taking ownership from the federal government in March of 2014. The federal government has committed $8.7-million for improvements over the next 15 years. The north slip will be dredged next year to allow fully-loaded ships to berth for emergency repairs.
