A 19-year-old man faces impaired driving charges after a vehicle hit curbs twice and continued on for awhile with two flat tires. Officers were called to the Talfourd St. and Indian Rd. area at about 5:50pm Monday after witnesses reported seeing a vehicle strike the curb and enter a local park. The vehicle got back onto the road near Elsfield Cres. but hit the curb again. The dirver allegedly blew two times over the legal limit at Sarnia police headquarters. He was released from custody after sobering up.
