Police Seek Credit Card Fraudster

Sarnia police are looking to identify a man who purchased a credit card with someone else's ID.

Police say a man entered a store in the 1300-block of Exmouth St. just after 6pm January 28. He applied for a store credit card using an Ontario driver's licence belonging to another man.

Police say thousands of dollars worth of electronics were purchased with the card. Other stores in the chain have also been targetted in London.

Anyone with information is asked to call Sarnia police or Crime Stoppers.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
