Petrolia Heritage Open House Saturday

Everything from aerial photos to vintage maps to the history of the Grand Trunk Railway Spur Line will be on display at the Petrolia Heritage Open House on Saturday. Spokesperson Liz Welsh says the event has been popular in the past. "We had about 200 people come through last year," she says. "You can get a birds-eye view of your property, find out about GPS geocaching in the Petrolia area, or learn about genealogical research."

Guest speaker Tom Walter will be talking about the Grand Trunk Railway Spur Line. The open house runs from 10am-2pm at Victoria Hall.
