Easter In The Park Saturday

The City of Sarnia's annual 'Easter In The Park' event is set for Saturday.

There will be many activities planned including an Easter egg hunt and a special guest visit from the Easter Bunny himself.

"We're going to be having face painting and a magic show, and some children's arts and crafts," says Director of Parks and Recreation Beth Gignac.

"There's going to be bouncy castle and bouncy things, and of course we invite people to ride along on the Seaway Kiwanis Train."

The Seaway Kiwanis Children's Animal Farm went under extensive maintenance March 21-25, but it will be reopened for the Easter celebration.

It all gets underway from 9am until 12:30pm with the Easter egg hunt around 10am.
