UPDATE: Extensive Damage In Forest Fire

Fire damage to an apartment building in Forest is estimated at more than $500,000.

The blaze broke out early Monday afternoon in a two-storey, six-unit brick building on James St. N.

A representative from the Ontario Fire Marshal's office spent two days on scene and has not yet been able to establish a definitive cause.

Five families have been displaced by the fire.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
