Automatic Coating Has Court Appearance

A pre-trial date could be set next month for the company and truck driver charged after the Indian Rd. Hwy. 402 overpass was damaged by an over-sized load last November.

Lawyers representing Automatic Coating Ltd. and 55-year-old Terrance Hamilton, both of Scarborough, appeared in provincial offences court in Sarnia Friday and the matter was put over to May 13.

Repairs to the overpass are underway with an estimated cost of $554,000.
