A Sarnia woman is full of smiles after winning the lottery. Jennifer Dillman won a $100,000 top prize with Instant 7-11-21, April 15. The pregnant mother of four children, ranging in age from three to 15 years old, says the windfall comes at the perfect time. Dillman plans on buying her first home and putting a permanent roof over her family's heads. The winning ticket was purchased at Food Basics on Indian Rd. in Sarnia.
