Sarnia Police Investigating House Fire

Sarnia police are appealing to the public for information surrounding a house fire at 439 Brock St. S on May 10.

Sarnia firefighters responded to the home around 9:40pm, and it's believed the blaze originated in the kitchen area.

Damage is pegged at $100,000. The home was also condemned by firefighters and deemed unsafe for entry.

The cause was listed as undetermined, but police continue to investigate.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
