Noelle's Gift Of Fitness

The fourth annual Noelle's Gift of Fitness is on Saturday.

The relay-style fitness fundraiser was organized in memory of slain school teacher Noelle Paquette.

Organizer Cathy Robertson says several area fitness centres and clubs are offering different classes and activities throughout the day.

"GoodLife Fitness and Ironworks, Agoya Fitness, The Studio in downtown Sarnia and Sharky's on London Line are all participating with different physical fitness events from about 7am until noon," says Robertson. "We also have sunrise yoga under the Blue Water Bridge at 6:15 in the morning, a great way to start your day."

Robertson says there is also a kids fitness event at Canatara Park from noon until 2pm.

Noelle's Gift of Fitness wraps up with a social event at 8pm at Norm's Pub and Grill on London Rd. Tickets are almost sold out.

Last year about $80,000 was raised towards Noelle's Gift.
