Lambton County has a new general manager of long-term care.
Jane Joris takes over for the retiring Chris Doyle effective June 29.
She's been with the county since 1996 and has served as a long-term care administrator for the last ten years.
Chief Administrative Officer Ron Van Horne says Joris is a competent and compassionate professional with an impressive track record in the long-term care sector.
"Her experience with residents, staff and the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, has positioned her well to lead this division," says Van Horne.
Joris will oversee the operation of Petrolia's Lambton Meadowview Villa, Marshall Gowland Manor in Sarnia and Forest's North Lambton Lodge as well as the Adult Enrichment Centre day programs.
