Lambton College Hosts Annual Research Day

Lambton College has partnered with the Western Sarnia-Lambton Research Park to host the third annual Research Day.

College Applied Research and Innovation Dean Mehdi Sheikhzadeh says it highlights the various research activities taking place in Sarnia-Lambton area, as well the region's capacity to conduct and support research initiatives.

"We have quite a bit of interest in more specific areas," he says. "We will be running three concurrent sessions including social sciences and health, information technology and business and natural science and engineering."

Dr. Sheikhzadeh says it also serves as a networking opportunity to encourage the development of new partnerships and programs.

This year's event is a sell-out with 136 people attending.
