Two Arrested Now In Pike Murder, Names Released

Sarnia police have named a 45-year-old man, arrested Thursday in connection with the murder of Jonathan Patrick Pike.

Warren Eric Williams of Sarnia was arrested and charged with first degree murder.

Police say a second suspect, 30-year-old Lee Joseph Dion of Sarnia, was arrested Friday morning and also charged with first degree murder. He's in police custody awaiting a bail hearing.

The body of Pike, 26 of Sarnia, was found by police in a wooded area just west of Tashmoo Ave. during the early morning hours on Friday, March 25.

A cause of death has not been released.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
