John and Martha Sutherland of Grand Bend won the guaranteed $1-million prize from the June 15 Lotto 6-49 draw.
The winning ticket was purchased at Parkhill Variety and Video on Main St. in Parkhill.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
