Lambton OPP arrested an impaired driver Sunday night after a vehicle left Lakeshore Rd. near Egremont Rd. and flipped in the west ditch. Officers responded just after 9pm after receiving a call from a concerned citizen. While en route police say they were notified that the vehicle in question had crashed in the ditch. Lambton County EMS and the Plympton-Wyoming Fire Department also responded. The driver, a 37-year-old man from Huron County, sustained minor injuries and was transported to hospital where breath samples were taken and he was arrested. He's to appear in Sarnia court July 25.
