Best Of The Best Compete At Research Bridges Event

The Western Sarnia-Lambton Research Park is hosting graduate students from Western University's Chemical and Biochemical Engineering Department Thursday.

It's the seventh Annual Research Bridges event, that will feature 15 presentations in the Chemical, Biochemical, and Environmental categories.

Director of the Bowman Centre Katherine Albion says the annual event continues to grow.

"We've had more researchers, more Masters, PhD students from Western," says Albion. "Every year our community support grows. We have new attendees from industry coming out and more and more participate every year. We're really pleased to see the progress the students make and the interest from the community."

Presentations are scheduled to begin at 11:15am, with the awards being handed out at 2:30pm.
