Sarnia-Lambton Rebound Embraces Pokemon Go Craze

The organization is hosting a "Lure Drop" in its parking lot at 10 Lorne Cres. in Sarnia Friday.

Program Coordinator Kaylee Potts says the idea developed after staff were talking about the app one day at lunch. "We looked at it as an opportunity," she says. "It was bringing people together, people were laughing and having a really positive experience and so we said why can't we host that here in our building. So, we brainstormed some ways that we could create a cohesive environment and bring some people as well as educate them a bit about what we do here at Rebound." The event goes from 10am-2pm in the parking lot at Rebound. She says participants will be offered free wifi and ice cold drinks. A $1 bbq with hot dogs, hamburgers and veggie burgers is also planned.
