Lambton OPP expect charges will be laid in a head-on crash late Monday afternoon in Plympton-Wyoming. Police say a Pontiac Sunfire and a Dodge Caravan came into collision at about 5:10pm on Mandaumin Rd. north of London Line. It's alleged the driver of the car entered into the opposing lane and hit the van causing extensive damage to both vehicles. Police say the driver of the Sunfire suffered severe injury and was transported to hospital. Injuries to both drivers, however, were not considered to be life threatening. Mandaumin Rd. between London Line and Hwy. 402 was closed for several hours Monday evening. The investigation was continuing.
