There will be no mail delivery Monday and the post office, banks and trust companies will be closed. Some stores including Lambton Mall will be open with limited hours as well as select LCBO and beer outlets. All government offices are closed Monday and Sarnia Transit will not be running. Garbage collection in Sarnia is normal.
