Highway 402 (BlackburnNews.com file photo)A 31-year-old Ajax man has been charged with careless driving after his tractor trailer flipped on Hwy. 402 early Monday.
Lambton OPP responded to the westbound lanes at Uttoxeter Rd. around 12:30am.
Police say a portion of the highway was closed for about two hours while the transport was removed from the median.
The driver suffered minor injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation and OPP are asking any witnesses to contact them. (at 519-882-1011)
