Unconscious Teen Found On Roadway

The OPP are investigating after a young man was found lying on a roadway in east Lambton early Saturday.

Police, EMS and firefighters responded to the 8500-block of Lasalle Line in Brooke Alvinston at 4:30am.

Lambton OPP say emergency responders located an unconscious 18-year-old man lying on the roadway.

Police say he was immediately transported to hospital by EMS with serious life threatening injuries. His name has not been released.

The Lambton OPP Crime Unit, OPP Forensic Identification Unit and OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigators were called.

Lasalle Line between White Pine Rd. and Hardy Creek Rd. was closed while police investigated.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
