A moisture-laden system from Texas, with some embedded thunderstorms, was dumping significant rain across southern Ontario. A severe thunderstorm watch issued Tuesday morning for Sarnia-Lambton ended early in the afternoon.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
