City of Sarnia Planning and Building Director Alan Shaw says they've received an application for a medical centre and interior renovations to the existing 23,000 sq ft building.
The application has yet to be approved. There are no details on potential occupants or associated costs.
White Rose closed its doors in 2004. Liquidation World occupied the space between 2010 and 2014.
