Police Looking For Pick-Up Involved In Hit And Run

There was a head-on hit-and-run crash on Confederation Line early Friday morning.

Lambton OPP say a pick-up truck and Pontiac G6 came into collision around 7:15am east of Forest Rd. in Warwick Township.

It's alleged the pick-up crossed over the centre line into the path of the car and the driver fled the scene westbound on Confederation.

The driver of the car was taken to hospital and treated for minor injuries.

The truck is described as full sized, dark in colour with extensive damage to the front end.

The road was closed for a short time.

Anyone with information is asked to call the OPP or Crime Stoppers.
