Witnesses Sought In Hit And Run

Sarnia police are looking for witnesses to a hit and run Wednesday night.

Shortly before 9pm police responded to Colborne Rd. north of Rosedale Ave. for a hit and run.

Police say a witnesses spotted the suspect vehicle travelling north on Colborne when it swerved into oncoming traffic and side swiped another vehicle that was headed south.

The suspect vehicle then turned onto Errol Rd. W.

Police say the witness was not able to gather many details other than it was a dark coloured car with dark windows.

Anyone who may have any information is asked to contact Sarnia police or Crime Stoppers.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
